Her package is comprehensive, an alternative to NCT classes and weekend workshops, Jessica’s groups allow parents the space and time to build confidence, practical skills and relationships in a relaxed baby focused local environment. Jessica’s Birth Classes: Jessica’s classes come in a package integrating active birth yoga, couples birth and parenting and post-natal classes. Classes start from about 24 weeks in pregnancy and continue weekly until your baby’s birth and afterwards for mothers and babies. Swimming is the most commonly recommended form of exercise for pregnant women. Conventional swimming strokes (especially breaststroke), can create strain on pelvic and lower back muscles.
